Cancellation Policy

At Privada Spa, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may cause a change in your plans. We value our relationship with you and wish to make the process as straightforward as possible. To ensure fairness to all of our clients and to our service providers, please carefully review our refund and cancellation policy outlined below:

24 Hour Cancellation

We kindly request that you inform us of any need to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us the opportunity to fill that slot with another client and is respectful to our therapists who depend on a full schedule. Cancellations made with a notice of 24 hours or more will not incur any charges.

Same-day Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your appointment on the same day it is scheduled, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged. This policy is in place to compensate our therapists, who have reserved their time specifically for you.

No-show Policy

If an appointment is missed without notifying us (i.e., a “no-show”), you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. This ensures that our therapists are compensated for their time and effort.

Refund Policy

Services

Should you be unsatisfied with any service at Privada Spa, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every effort to address your concerns or provide an appropriate solution, which may include a complimentary re-service or adjustment. Refunds for services rendered are at the discretion of Privada Spa management and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may take up to 24 hours to process and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect back on your account.

Products

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. For opened products, if you experience an adverse reaction or are not satisfied, please return the product within 14 days of purchase. We will be happy to offer an exchange or in-store credit.
